Being The Best at our Franchisee Conference
New Plymouth played host to the Bi-annual Streetwise Conference in May 2023. Themed "To Be The Best," the conference brought together our incredibly hard-working franchisees and managers from all over New Zealand.
We welcomed new franchisee David Gray who has already made a tremendous impact and is off to a fantastic start at the Tawa Streetwise Coffee Cart.
It was a busy three days packed with presentations from our suppliers, discussions around marketing strategies, maximising staff potential and streamlining systems. Amazingly, the crew still had energy to celebrate at our awards evening! And the winners were…
Sharon and Mark McFadyen from Streetwise Coffee Kapiti Road took home the prestigious Franchisee of the Year Award.
Luke & Brooke Mullinger from Streetwise Coffee Blenheim were honoured with the Highest Field Support Scores Award.
Natalie Dette & Latalya Rewai from Streetwise Coffee Otaki took home the Best Customer Service Award on behalf of the Otaki Coffee Carts.
Ketan & Priya Panchal from Streetwise Coffee Whangarei secured the Highest Growth Percentage Turnover Award.
Directors Jol Glover and Donna Ferrall said they are always blown away at the effort these early risers put in 7 days a week. “We could not be more proud of each and every one of them.”
