Sharon and Mark McFadyen from Streetwise Coffee Kapiti Road received the Havana Franchisee of the Year at the Streetwise Coffee Conference held in New Plymouth on May 16th, 2023.
The award was well-deserved, as Sharon and Mark have consistently maintained a high standard across all areas of their franchisee operations. Their commitment to providing top-notch customer service was evident through their impressive scores of 98.5% in mystery shops. Additionally, they demonstrated a high level of operational excellence, receiving outstanding scores in field support visits.

Other deserving winners were Luke and Brooke Mullinger from Streetwise Coffee Blenheim, they received the Goodman Fielder Field Support Award for outstanding operations, impeccable cart presentation and meticulous coffee procedures. Natalie Dette and Latalya Rewai from Streetwise Coffee Otaki received the Alpha NZ Best Customer Service Award, showcasing their talent for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Lastly, Ketan and Priya Panchal from Streetwise Coffee Whangarei secured the Ecoware Highest Growth Award for their exceptional 32.1% growth in turnover.
